Submitting a form does not create a payment obligation, supporter agreement, sponsorship agreement, distribution agreement, screening licence, or any other contractual commitment unless agreed separately in writing.

5. Dream Submissions and Creative Material

Some forms may invite you to share dreams, memories, reflections, or other personal creative material.
Please do not submit information about another identifiable person without their permission. Please avoid including sensitive personal details unless you are comfortable sharing them for the purposes described in the relevant form.
Dream submissions may be reviewed and may inspire the creative development, research, archive, public presentation, or communication materials of Library of Dreams. Submitting a dream does not guarantee that it will be used in the project.
We will not intentionally publish your name or identifying personal details in connection with a dream submission without your separate permission, unless this has been clearly agreed with you.

  • organisational, sponsorship, distribution, and exhibition enquiries may be kept for the duration of the project’s release, touring, and archive life
  • newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe or request deletion
  • dream submissions and creative material may be kept longer for artistic, research, archive, or project documentation purposes, unless you request deletion and deletion is still reasonably possible
  • records connected to payments, contracts, accounting, or legal obligations may be kept for the period required by law

Submitting a form does not guarantee project credit, website listing, reward, access, or public acknowledgement. Any such recognition will be confirmed separately and may depend on contribution level, timing, production requirements, distribution requirements, and final project materials.
