1. About the Project

Library of Dreams is an independent XR project developed by Less Media Group with international production partners.
Information on this website may change as the project develops. Release dates, screening plans, campaign details, rewards, credits, supporter acknowledgements, technical requirements, and distribution arrangements may be updated over time.

2. No Payment Obligation

Submitting a form through this website does not create any payment obligation.
The forms linked from this website are used to collect expressions of interest, enquiries, submissions, or contact details. They do not create a confirmed supporter agreement, sponsorship agreement, donation agreement, purchase, licence, screening agreement, distribution agreement, or partnership unless separately agreed in writing.

3. Supporter Interest and Future Campaigns

Some forms may allow individuals or organisations to register interest in supporting the project.
Registering interest does not guarantee any supporter tier, reward, acknowledgement, credit, access, delivery, tax treatment, or future campaign option.
Any future payment route, supporter benefit, reward, public acknowledgement, project credit, digital access, physical item, consultation, or other benefit will be confirmed separately before any official contribution is accepted.
Project credits are limited and may depend on contribution level, timing, production requirements, distribution requirements, contractual obligations, and final project materials.

4. Donations, Sponsorship, and Tax-Deductible Support

Any reference to donations, sponsorship, fiscal sponsorship, NGO support, or tax-deductible routes is for general information only.
Tax-deductible support depends on the relevant organisation, fiscal partner, jurisdiction, payment route, and the supporter’s own tax situation. We do not guarantee that any contribution will be tax-deductible unless this is confirmed separately by the relevant authorised organisation.
Supporters are responsible for obtaining their own tax, legal, or accounting advice.

5. Dream Submissions and Creative Material

Some forms may invite visitors to submit dreams, stories, memories, reflections, or other creative material.
By submitting material, you confirm that:

• the submission is your own or you have the right to share it;
• you are not submitting confidential material that you do not wish to share;
• you will not include personal information about another identifiable person without their permission;
• you understand that submitting material does not guarantee it will be used in the project.

Dream submissions may be reviewed and may inspire the creative development, research, archive, presentation, communication, or documentation of Library of Dreams.
Unless separately agreed with you, we will not intentionally publish your name or identifying personal details in connection with a dream submission.

6. No Transfer of Project Rights

Submitting a dream, enquiry, comment, idea, or other material does not give you ownership rights in Library of Dreams, its concept, artwork, production materials, software, story world, design, audiovisual materials, or related intellectual property.
The project team may independently develop ideas, themes, images, scenes, interactions, or materials that are similar to a submitted dream, memory, story, or suggestion.

7. Distribution and Exhibition Enquiries

Distribution, exhibition, museum, gallery, festival, venue, educational, or screening enquiries submitted through this website are expressions of interest only.
Submitting a form does not create a screening licence, exhibition agreement, distribution agreement, sales agreement, booking, hold, exclusivity arrangement, or permission to publicly present the project.
Any screening, exhibition, distribution, licensing, technical, financial, or contractual terms must be agreed separately in writing.

8. Technical Access and Availability

The VR version of Library of Dreams may require specific hardware, software, location, platform access, or technical conditions, including but not limited to a compatible VR headset.
Access options, device compatibility, release timing, territories, platforms, and availability may change. We do not guarantee that the project will be available on every device, platform, territory, or date mentioned on the website.
